Rules and Regulations

Dear Property Owner / Guests,

The Managing Committee Members of Joy-N-Joy Owner’s Association (hereinafter referred to as “we”) work hard to offer a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for all the Property Owners and their guests. You and/or your family members, guest can help us make your experience even more memorable by keeping in mind the following:

Entries of all persons are restricted and shall be allowed at the point of admission to the Joy-N-Joy Weekend Homes entrance gate by valid e-card only. For entry of guest the introducing member shall be responsible of rules. Member shall notify promptly in the event of loss of e-card. The replacement of card shall be subject to charge as prescribed by us.

All persons, vehicle, luggage bag, kit, suitcase, stuff, parcel and other items may be subject to security checks at the point of admission to the Joy-N-Joy Weekend Homes entrance gate and at such other locations inside the Property as we consider appropriate.

We reserve the right not to allow any vehicle, luggage bag, kit, suitcase, stuff, parcel or other items to be brought into the Weekend Homes territory, and to deal with any unattended object in such way as we consider appropriate.

Please show common courtesy to fellow Weekend Homes Property Owner and/or their guests and ours as well as contract agency employees, team members. Do not allow profanity or engage in unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior.

Please respect fellow Weekend Homes Property Owners and/or guests while waiting for their turn in swimming pool or sports centers or jogging track or cycle track etc. Please be careful not to bump into, push or move ahead of others in the queue. Also, the member and/or their guest must wait together. Members and/or their guest of a Weekend Homes are not allowed to join those already in the queue.

In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, we strictly enforce a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted, and shirts cannot be turned inside-out as a solution. Sheer, mesh and see-through clothing cannot be used as a cover-up over bathing suits. Club house and/or common facility centers admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate. Shirt, shoes, and a bottom (shorts, pants, skirt, etc) must be worn at all times in the Weekend Homes territory.

Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to smoke and proper ID is required to use and/or consume for the same. Please refer to a Weekend Homes Property guide map/key plan for designated smoking locations or ask a staff member for assistance.

Please supervise your children at all times during in Weekend Homes property.

For your safety and to avoid injury, you must comply with all notices, and all directions and requests of any cast member, posted, given or made.

Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into the Weekend Homes territory. Non alcoholic beverages consumed through bottle/tin/pouch/etc. in the common facility area may not leave or thrown in the else premises or common places. Please use garbage dustbin.

We expect all Weekend Homes Property Owners and their guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. To avoid any kind of accident please walk at all times inside the territory carefully. Do not sit or stand on fences or boundary walls. Line-jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to Weekend Homes Property Owner or their guests.

Membership is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and void if altered. We have made it aware that it is linked with the Weekend Homes Property owned and must be used by the same person during its period of validity and is not valid for special events that require a separate admission procedure and its rules.

The following items are not allowed inside the individual Property area:

  • Empty Glass bottles.
  • Spiked clothing or jewelry.
  • Wallet chains and large jewelry.
  • Fireworks and explosives.
  • Firearms and ammunition.
  • Chemical weapons, including pepper spray.
  • The Central Park / Children Park features a picnic area available for Weekend Homes Property Owners and guest use but barbecuing and/or grilling is not permitted anywhere in both the parks.
  • Dangerous or hazardous materials.
  • Animals are not allowed inside the territory including the owned Property area, with the exception of service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired. We do not provide kennel services. For the health and safety of your pet, do not leave it in your or guest car for any length of time while visiting the Weekend Homes territory. We will call Animal Services to rescue your pet at your or guest expense, which may also result in prosecution.
 

The following activities are not allowed:

  • Sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale.
  • The distribution of printed materials of any kind.
  • Unauthorized events, demonstrations or speeches and other unauthorized public gatherings.
  • The display of any flag, banner or other emblem.
  • Photography, videotaping, recording of any kind, broadcast or transmission for commercial purposes.
  • Engaging in any act that may impede the operation of the Weekend House Property owners or any associated facility.
 

Weekend Homes Property Owner or their Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the territory without any excuse.

In addition to the Joy-N-Joy Owner’s Association the members and guest Code of Conduct, are required to comply with all local, State and federal laws, as well as individual Property policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.
